Invoicing
Want to know how to download an invoice or payment request via the Mobiflow platform? Go to your Mobiflow account, navigate to ‘Finance,’ click on invoices or payment requests, and easily download your documents. This helps you keep track of your charging costs and quickly manage reimbursements.

Wondering what a payment request is and why no VAT is charged? Our FAQ explains that with activated split-billing invoicing, the employer receives a monthly payment request bundling all charging sessions per employee. Once Mobiflow receives the payment, each employee is reimbursed for their charging session costs. Why no VAT? Split-billing sessions are considered a sale from private to business, meaning no VAT is applied.
