A new set of functionalities now simplifies the management of split billing contracts on our platform. This latest release focuses on improving the workflow for admins, fleet managers, and employees, providing enhanced tools for better control and visibility.
What’s new?
1. Split Billing overview page: Users with split billing management permissions can now access a centralized overview page. This page allows for a holistic view of all agreements, conveniently categorized by status: Pending, Active, Expired, and Cancelled.
2. Detailed split billing pages: Each agreement now has its own dedicated detail page with different tabs:
- Overview: Displays general agreement details.
- Session List: Shows all sessions linked to the agreement.
- Reimbursement List: A snapshot of all reimbursements associated with the agreement.
3. Manage reimbursement policies with ease: Users can now handle reimbursement policies directly through the split billing interface, making it easier to adapt to policy changes.
4. Bulk actions for efficiency: Managing multiple agreements just got easier! With new bulk actions, users can update reimbursement policies or cancel agreements en masse.
5. Data export functionality: Need to analyse or share your data? Now you can export all data from the overview tables, enabling offline review and reporting.
What’s next?
While this release focuses on optimizing your current workflow, we’re already planning more improvements. A split billing creation wizard will be introduced soon, replacing the current invite code-based process.
